I chose AGN from surveys online, and was hoping that the information was accurate. My AC units gave up on me after 20 years of good service and it was the most humid and probably the hottest day of the year- A Sunday of course!- I called AGN first thing Monday morning and they sent a Tech right away to evaluate the situation. I did need new Air-conditioners, which I had expected. They were able to schedule me fortunately that very week, and the installers did an amazing job with the removal of the old units, changing all the piping, and putting in the new units. They were efficient, polite and cleaned up afterwards.

Techician was good, fast & nice. The office needs to try to send out the email saying who will be coming prior to the date & time instead of 3-4 hours AFTER the appointment.

Ric is a very good service provider.

Ric is a wonderful, courteous and knowledgeable young man. While it will be a sacrifice for us now, we decided to invest in the most expensive overall heating and air conditioning unit because we trust his advice and believe he knows the products that he represents.

My appointment was scheduled for between 9 & 10 am. The technician didn't show up until after 11 am. If the technician if going to be more than 30 minutes late the office needs to call the customer & let them know.
