I have these guys work and do maintenance on my A/C and furnace every year. They always do great work.

Shawn and Bobby did a great job fixing what needed to be fixed. They showed me what was wrong and then showed me what they did to fix it after.

We wanted to let you know that both Ricardo and Adam were GREAT installers. They both were thoughtful, kind, patient with any questions, and deliberate at installing our equipment. It was easy to see that they take great pride in their performance and made sure everything was put together the way it should be. And everything looked neat and tidy after they were done! (This coming from a fairly particular individual!) I had a few requests that they were happy to accommodate and their demeanor was always patient and positive, even after 5.00pm on a Friday evening. They arrived at 8.30am and did not leave until 6.30pm, but they never seamed rushed to leave. They did a great job and we appreciate it very much. We also appreciated all Bobby's information and patience while he inspected our old unit and provided us with all the options we had to move forward. He was thorough and very kind as well. He was able to arrive the same day and able to complete the entire furnace and a/c replacement the very next day. Overall we were very pleased with the price, service and attention to detail. And we will certainly refer anyone we know looking for heating and cooling services to A Good Neighbor Heating & Cooling. Thanks guys! And great job!

Good. Came out to our home after hour's

talling our heating and air condition system. Both men were extremely professional and know what each step to take to install our system. Both were friendly and courteous and explained all that they were doing. They were always on time and got a lot done for us with each of their visits. We also were impressed with their cleaning up after their selves and leaving the worksite in order and ready for their next visit. We are thankful for the them and their excellent work.
