Our service tech, Ric Adams, was friendly, accommodating to our schedule, and worked to answer every one of our questions and requests. We had a very good experience overall.

Woke up to a cold house, called office and a tech was at my house before noon! He fixed the issue quickly and my house was warm before lunch! Thanks again!

Tech did break a large ceramic pumpkin but quickly brought it to our attention. We didn't receive any adjustment on our bill. Estimated cost of $40-$50

These guys were cast into some of the worst conditions you could imagine for a furnace install.... My old furnace was in my attic... pretty rediculous I know..... They removed it... replaced most of the ducting... installed the new one on the ground floor... and were willing to work late to finish the job... For the first time since I have owned my home (and I have been here for over ten years) I am actually feeling my heating work for once.. They were able to answer all questions I asked and were fun to talk to..... I would recommend A Good Neighbor to ANYONE.

I was told it would be a week before you could come out for a service call but when I hesitated you said you would be out that same afternoon! That was awesome. (My unit is only about 9 months old)
