The two men were very polite and knowledgeable. They called before coming. They diagnosed the problem quickly. They explained and showed me the problem and the repair afterwards. Wore shoe booties! And they were very pleasant when talking to me. They both are exceptional

Adam & Ricardo were very good installing our new system. We had not had a new system for 20 yrs. They were both very knowledgeable on the product that they were installing in my home. They answered all my questions about this new system. The were very friendly also! My husband & I are glad that we had this company do our install.

Had an issue with my furnace. Called the office and a service tech was scheduled almost immediately, including a time window for the service call to take place. Technician (Ric) was there within a couple of hours. Repaired the issue promptly and restored heat to my home. He was very personable throughout the entire process. A Good Neighbor Heating and Cooling indeed made me smile today.

Service tech was on time and gave a courtesy call before arriving. He was knowledgeable and professional. The price was great & I appreciated the write up and explanations given.

The service I received today was great service & also was a great price. I can feel safe & be warm this winter with the service my service tech did. He told us that our furnance was in great shape for the age of it. That was really great news!
