on june 2 , 2014 had a problem with a leaky pipe. I called at 7:50 am, received a call back at 7:55 am from bob jr. who just happened to be at us12 in white pigeon who stopped by to fix the leak . Problem solved in 15 minutes. Now that's what I call great service. Thanks Bob.

Made my duct work bigger and pleased with the work

On may 6, 2014, a good neighbor heating installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were here about 5 hours and did an excellent job, plus did a fantastic job cleaning the basement when everything was complete. When everything was completed, Bob explained the thermostat operation several times until I understood the procedure. He was very patient and very cooperative. The service, cost and friendly workers, made for a wonderful day. Thanks, guys.
