On may 6, 2014, a good neighbor heating installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were here about 5 hours and did an excellent job, plus did a fantastic job cleaning the basement when everything was complete. When everything was completed, Bob explained the thermostat operation several times until I understood the procedure. He was very patient and very cooperative. The service, cost and friendly workers, made for a wonderful day. Thanks, guys.

Did a good job timely service

Believe the service rep was experienced and knowledgeable. He offered a suggestion that I will most certainly follow up on. However, I would have appreciated advance notification from the office that my 9 AM appt. had been moved to between noon and 4 PM.

I was very pleased with the advanced call prior to arriving and the knowledgeable answers provided to my questions.

Overall, very satisfied. Adam his helped showed up on time and stayed overtime to get the job completed. Very conscientious and respectful. There was a miscue with the installation, but Richard, Adam, and Bob were their promptly and fixed the problem.
